One Month
It has been a wild ride, moving home to the farm in Illinois.
Today is the one month mark and all in all I am pretty happy! I would be happier if I won the lottery and could build a small house out by the creek, but things will level out.
I have a job, three days a week at the gas station in town and more work than I could want once harvest starts in late September.
It seems we have won the battle of the fleas, fingers crossed!
Mother and I are getting along as well as could be expected, being as I haven't really lived in a house with another human in like 25 years!
Well, time to go mow! I hope to get some pics posted and more updates from the farm in the next few days.

Welcome to my River
Greetings to all!
In many ways I don't even understand why I am starting this blog, but I am, so here we go.
Peace!
